How does it work?

The next stage is to instruct an RICS surveyor to visit your property to carry out a valuation completely free of charge normally within two days.
Once the RICS valuation and your offer is formalised the appointed solicitors will act quickly to manage the legal process. They take care of all the legal work that is referred to as conveyancing. Once this part is complete, we can complete the purchase and you receive the cash proceeds due to you normally within just 7 days*.
We don’t charge you any fees throughout the whole process. We also pay for all solicitors fees.
Apart from you signing contracts and answering solicitors’ queries, our specialist team will manage all the necessary paperwork.
We can assure you that the whole process is strictly confidential, which also means that we will not put up any ‘for sale’ signs outside your property, we will not advertise your house locally and details of the sale will not be put on websites such as Rightmove or Zoopla.
